Data Security and Confidentiality
Visiting www.isamultimedia.ro, using the facilities offered by the respective URL implies accepting the terms and conditions specified in the next paragraphs. The site is owned by the company ISA Multimedia SRL, which has the right to change the terms and conditions specified here without giving notice to the clients of this site, both registered and unregistered.
The www.isamultimedia.ro site belongs to the company ISA Multimedia SRL. The ISA Multimedia team tries to ensure that the information published online at www.isamultimedia.ro is updated, complete and correct as far as product descriptions and characteristics are concerned, but does not guarantee that this data or any other information published on this site is completely. The images which accompany the products have an informative role only and can be different from the real product regarding its aspect, accessories, etc. The prices specified on this site include VAT.
ISA Multimedia SRL does not guarantee the availability of all products and reserves the right to ship partial orders. The only obligation that ISA Multimedia SRL has to a client in case of failure to deliver a certain ordered product, or the delivery of an inadequate product, amounts to the total sum charged by ISA Multimedia SRL from the respective client.
The special offers and promotional products are available to registered clients only if the products are in stock, for the duration of the promotion time interval.
The products presented on this site can be ordered:
- Using the online store at www.isashop.ro:
for registered customers, through the shopping cart. If this method is chosen, then
registered customers will be informed of the status of their orders through e-mail.
Please read the terms and conditions specified on www.isashop.ro.
- By e-mail: send an e-mail at sales@isashop.ro or cursuri@isamultimedia.ro specifying
all the necessary data (products, your contact data, info regarding payment and shipping).
You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the data for your order the moment your
order is shipped.
- By phone: call at one of the follwoing numbers and a sales representative
will assist you: (021) 323 4024, 326 0731, 0748 115779. You will be contacted by
e-mail or by phone the moment your order is shipped.
- By fax: send a fax to the following
number (021) 323 4440, specifying all the necessary data (products, your contact
data, info regarding payment and shipping). You will receive a confirmation e-mail
with the data for your order the moment your order is shipped.
ISA Multimedia SRL reserves the right to refuse to deal with customers that have an inadequate behaviour or an offensive language, or customers with a history of refused orders.
Shipping of ordered products can be done using the Romanian Post, ISA courier (only
for Bucharest), or a national courier. Payment is cash on delivery. The delivery
intervals are as follows and are calculated from the moment your order is processed
(between the date on which the order was placed and the date the order was processed
there can be a difference between 5 to 10 days, depending on the volume of orders;
please check the status of your order online):
- Romanian Post: in this case, the
delivery interval depends on the postal services; usually 3 working days.
- ISA Courier
(in Bucharest only): max. 48 hours.
- National Courier: usually 48 hours (for the
company we have a contract with).
You can check the status of your order online. You must be logged in and choose the option "Order history". For explanations about the states of the order, please read the "Orders" paragraphs in terms and conditions.
Delivery intervals may differ from the ones mentioned above.
Shipping for ordered products to your address is free for orders over 200 RON (VAT
incl.).
For orders less than 200 RON (VAT incl.), shipping rates are as follows (they
are fixed rates and do not depend on the subtotal of the order):
- In Bucharest:
* by Romanian Post - 10 RON
* by ISA curier - 10 RON
- National level:
* by Romanian Post - 20 RON
* by courier - 35 RON
The shipping costs are displayed on screen at checkout, at the online store.
Shipping rates may differ from the ones specified above. Clients will be informed at the moment they place their orders.
You can place orders in the following time intervals:
- For online orders at www.isashop.ro:
anytime you like (with the exception of time intervals when maintenance operations
take place on our hosting server; ISA Multimedia does not control these maintenance
operations and cannot be held accountable for the impossibility of placing orders
during these time intervals)
- For e-mail orders: anytime you like (with the exception
of time intervals when maintenance operations take place on our hosting server; ISA
Multimedia does not control these maintenance operations and cannot be held accountable
for the impossibility of placing orders during these time intervals)
- For telephone
orders: Monday-Friday, 9:00-17:00 (with the exception of weekends, legal holidays
and situations when the telephone system is down)
- For fax orders: anytime you like
(with the exception of time intervals when the telephone system is done; ISA Multimedia
does not control these situations and cannot be held accountable for the impossibility
of placing orders during these time intervals)
- For telephone assistance: Monday-Friday,
9:00-17:00 (with the exception of weekends, legal holidays and situations when the
telephone system is down)
All the products sold by ISA Multimedia SRL have guarantees in accordance with Romanian law.
Because of the wide variety of hardware and software platforms, and multitude of combinations that exist, there is no guarantee given regarding the execution of ISA Multimedia software applications on all hardware and software platforms/combinations, or regarding the interaction of ISA Multimedia software applications with other installed software on the customer computer. Please read the "Limitation and denial of responsability" paragraphs.
Please read the "Returning products" paragraphs for the conditions in which the ordered products can be returned.
Customers can return products in the following conditions:
- The product does not
conform to the description published online: in this case, the customer can ask for
replacement or a complete refundal. Replacement can be done with a product that has
a different price from the ordered product: if the replacement is done with a higher
priced product, then the customer will pay the difference; if the replacement is
done with a lower priced product, then the customer will be refunded the difference.
Shipping costs and the cost of returning the product will be paid by isamultimedia.ro.
- The product is not functional in the first 24 hours after delivery, or the product
was deteriorated during shipping by courier: the product can be replaced or the money
refunded to the customer.
- The customer changed his/her mind: this is possible withing
10 working days from the time of delivery. The customer must send written notification
to the store (by e-mail, fax or postal services). The product must be returned in
the same state it was received (with original wrapping, package, all accessories
intact, with labels and the original documentation). Shipping charges will be paid
by the customer. The refund will take place within 30 working days from the time
of receiving the returned package. If the product is damaged and cannot be sold as
a new product, the ISA Multimedia can ask for additional taxes in order to cover
the damage.
If you would like to place a complaint or have any questions regarding the products sold by ISA Multimedia SRL or the functionality of the site, you have the following options:

- send an e-mail to cursuri@isamultimedia.ro. In this case, please specify the following data: user name, order number, order date, prodict title and details regarding your problem.
The content of the www.isamultimedia.ro site is the property of ISA Multimedia SRL
and includes content (images, Web graphics, buttons, icons, etc), audio/video elements,
text, animations, scripts, documentation and any other type of data.
No element from
the www.isamultimedia.ro site can be used in any way without written permission from
ISA Multimedia SRL, with the exception of those elements that expressely specify
they can be used by customers.
The site www.isamultimedia.ro is functioning in accordance with Romanian law.
LIMITATIONS AND DECLINING OF RESPONSIBILITY
ISA Multimedia SRL is not responsible and does not guarantee in any way for the functioning/functionality of the site, the published data or site content. ISA Multimedia SRL is not responsible for any type of damage caused directly or indirectly by using the www.isamultimedia.ro site.
ISA Multimedia SRL is not responsible and cannot be made accountable for damages
produced directly or indirectly through usage of products bought from ISA Multimedia
SRL.
ISA Multimedia SRL is not responsible, directly or indirectly, for any typing
errors or displayed errors regarding prices or other information/details about the
products. In the case in which the prices, or other details about the products, are
erroneously displayed, even if these errors are due to the fact that data was erroneously
loaded in the data base, ISA Multimedia SRL reserves the right to stop the delivery
of the respective product and to notify the customer at the earliest possible time
about the error if the delivery was not finalized.
DATA SECURITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY
We respect your privacy. Any and all the information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned.
The data specified by clients in communication with ISA Multimedia SRL is used only for the purpose of identification, communication, order processing and delivery. Client data will be used only for operations related to products/services or information presented on this site.
By accessing the www.isamultimedia.ro site, by visiting, registration, buying products or sending messages to ISA Multimedia SRL, it is considered that the client agrees to receiving communication messages from ISA Multimedia SRL, in electronic format.
ISA Multimedia SRL does not encourage spam and therefore the sending of messages
to clients is done with their consent. At any time, clients can opt out and erase
their data from the customer data base.
ISA Multimedia SRL is not responsible in any way for any kind of loss caused by software or hardware errors of the equipment used for any type transaction on the www.isamultimedia.ro site. Also, no guarantees are given that the host server, the site or the e-mails sent from the www.isamultimedia.ro site do not contain viruses or other damaging modules.
Because this site contains Google Addesense advertisments, third parties may be placing and reading cookies on your browser, or using web beacons to collect information as a result of ad serving.
Visitors of this site can send questions and can post opinions or comments regarding the offered products/services on the site, in the following conditions: the message content cannot be illegal, obscene, threatening, insulting and cannot infringe the copyright laws, cannot contain viruses or other damaging software modules, cannot contain advertising messages, chain letters or spam.
ISA Multimedia SRL can erase messages with the above mentioned content from the www.isamultimedia.ro site and will not be held accountable for any type of damage caused by such communication.
The following activities will be considered fraud: any attempt to access the clients' personal data on the www.isamultimedia.ro site; any attempt to modify the content of the www.isamultimedia.ro site or to affect the hosting server performance.
Legal actions will be taken against any fraud attempts and the perpetrators.
Any conflicts between the Clients (users) and the site www.isamultimedia.ro, owned by ISA Multimedia SRL, will be resolved in an amiable way.
If it cannot be solved amiably, then the conflict will be solved in a Romanian court of law.
Using this site implies accepting the terms and conditions specified here. ISA Multimedia
SRL reserves the right to change the content of the terms and conditions without
notification to the clients, registrered or not.
Some multimedia training course are protected against illegal copying via an activation key. The activation key can be obtained online, by filling in the online form; or via telephone, by supplying the necessary data.
In order to obtain the activation key, the client must supply the following data:
- product serial key: mandatory; the serial key is unique and identifies the software product. It is a 12 character code. The first two characters represent the product code. The serial key can contain only digits (0 to 9), lower case letters (a to z) and the special characters +-* (the plus, minus, star symbols). The serial key cannot contain uppercase letters or any other characters not specified above. The serial key must be entered correctly. The serial key can be found on a label in the interior.
- the computer's personal key: mandatory; uniquely identifies the computer on which the application is run. The personal key is displayed in the application's activation screen, therefore the application must be launched at least once. The personal key is a four group code, divided by the symbol - (minus). The personak key can contain digits (0 to 9) and the uppercase letters A to F. The personal key cannot contain lowercase letters, or uppercase letters G to Z, or any other characters other than the ones specified above.
- e-mail address: mandatory; uniquely identifies the client. It is very important fo the e-mail address to be netered correctly because it is used to identify the client when he/she returns to generate additional activation key (if it is the case).
- from where the CD was purchased: mandatory.
- city, name, telephone, address: additional contact information; it is reccommended to fill in the telephone field, for cases when the site is down.
The activation key is specific to a certain computer and is recognized only on that computer. After entering the correct activation key, the software product is activated on the respective computer and the software does not ask for the activation key to be entered (unless the hard-disk is formatted, or similar administrative operations are performed on the computer).
The product activation can be done only for the client who legally purchased the software product, for use the client's computer. The product can be activated on an additional computer which belongs to the client, or which the client uses frequently (work or school computer).
ISA Multimedia does not assume responsability for any problems encountered due to the wrong specification of data needed for generating the activation key, or for any problems derived from not activating the product.
Some multimedia CD training courses offer the possiblity of obtaining a certificate of study approved by the Romanian Ministry of Education and Research. The certificate of study can be obtained in the following conditions:
- the training course must contain special tests for obtaining the certificate of study
- the solved tests must be sent for evaluation to ISA Multimedia, via e-mail cursuri@isamultimedia.ro.
- the tests must be solved correctly at least 80%
If the above conditions are met, then the certificate of study can be obtainedand it will specify the title of the training course and the grade obtained. The tax for issuing the certificate of study is 9,9 RON.
